We issue refunds for digital products and services within 7 days of the original purchase of the product/service, provided that the service has not yet commenced or the digital product has not been downloaded/accessed.

2. Service Cancellation

For ongoing services, you may cancel your subscription or service agreement by providing us with a 30-day written notice. Any fees paid for services rendered up to the date of cancellation are non-refundable.
